Richard Joseph F. Sare,
A graduate of B.S. Economics from the prestigious University of the Philippines, Richard started his career as a Financial Markets Analyst and was a SEC-licensed Securities Trader from 1991 to 1994. In 1994, Richard established Arktis’ Maritime Corporation with his father, Pablo. Arktis’ was a ship-staffing company tasked with providing seafarers to shipping companies based in Singapore and Malaysia. Richard was the company’s Vice-President/Treasurer and was a POEA accredited trainer for PDOS or Pre-Employment Departure Seminar. In 1998, Richard became the Vice-President and General Manager for Seven Sierra Food Corporation, which owned and operated a chain of US-based hamburger restaurants in the Philippines. Richard’s involvement in the BPO started in 2008, when he established Victory Tech Global Solutions with a few partners. As the CEO of Victory Tech, Richard managed several accounts ranging from telecommunications, chat support, text and image moderation, bilingual customer services, English tutorial, Japanese translation services, diabetic healthcare and educational plans throughout the United States and Asia.

He has come on-board Benchmark to lend his expertise on corporate strategic planning, conduct financial audit, manage risks, review the business viability of prospective projects and to oversee the development of forthcoming and existing client portfolio of the company.
Pedro G. B. Roxas II,
Consultant for Workforce Management
After obtaining his Business Management degree from the College of St. Benilde, Pedro focused on his career in BPO 2004 working as a Collections Associate for HSBC. Eventually he worked as Collections Supervisor in Iqor, a collections and risk management India based BPO company. While in Iqor, he increased his BPO knowledge managing several campaigns and departments as an Operations Manager and a Workforce and MIS Manager. In 2009, Pedro joined Victory Tech as its Account Services Manager tasked in overseeing the operations of all campaigns under the company’s portfolio.
Global Business Development Manager
A graduate of Mass Communications from City College of Manila, Marylene started her career in BPO as Senior Team Leader for APAC Customer Services. Throughout her 6 year tenure in the industry, Marylene has amassed a wealth of experience as a trainer for Teleperformance, Program and Process Manager for Acquire Asia Pacific, Sales Operations Manager for 360 Training and Manager and Consultant for Plana Forma. In 2012, Marylene was hired as Business Development and Client Acquisitions Manager by Victory Tech.
Information Technology and Support Manager
From 2004 to 2008, Sandy was the Supervisor and Senior IT Manager for Netopia and was tasked for providing technical support for the franchise. In 2009, Sandy was hired by Victory Tech as a Supervisor for its Australia-based account that was engaged in the social media industry. In 2011, Sandy was appointed IT Manager by Victory Tech and was entrusted the crucial role of managing the predictive dialer used to manage the operations of the company’s US-based outbound accounts.
